Google Chrome Canary Crashes on Startup

If you have this problem, follow the following steps,

• Open an Explorer window and type the following line in the address bar.

%localappdata%\Google\Chrome SxS\Application\

• You should now see two folders namely 10.0.611.0 and 10.0.614.0; you will have to delete the latter folder and rename the former folder as 10.0.614.0 (We’re just tricking Chrome that the older version IS the latest one, doing this reverts you to the state before the recent Chrome Canary update and prevents you from getting the buggy update again).
