Microsoft has announced the public technical preview of Office Web Apps a day before.Not everyone can participate in this,but there are ways to join(visit liveside.net).Microsoft office live Workspace users can login to their windows live skydrive and access their exixting documents through new office web apps.Microsoft Word,Excel,PowerPoint viewer has been launched and editor too for some.Onenote link tells us to wait for some time.Its US only program,so i cant review it.Still you can browse for more reviews prevailing around tech blogs.
